Many people are avoiding gluten some because they may be sensitive to it others just because they enjoy the health benefits. No matter the reason you are avoiding gluten we all like to eat out occasionally.
When I go out I have my usual list of questions to confirm that I am not eating anything I really don’t want in any of your meals. If you are struggling when it comes time to eat out here’s a partial list of US restaurants that offer gluten free options and give you some additional options. I would still always recommend asking if you are unsure of an ingredient in any dish you would like to order. But I smiled when I saw some of these choices.
