This is off topic of working at home. However, the only reason I am working at home is for my children. Last fall, my three year old son was diagnosed with autism. Alexander started his life challenging the world being born 10 weeks early at 2lbs 5oz. He was unresponsive and the doctors were not sure if he was going to make it. He started breathing on his own and almost two months after he was born released to go home.
After he turned one, the skills he learned and trying to learn went away. He stopped saying Dadada and lost interest in the toys he once knew how to do. His appetite changed and he stopped eating what he normally ate. He now eats very few things and almost always refuses to try new things. He does not talk. Every so often we can get a word out of him. He said his first "clear" word about one month ago. It was "hello".
Alexander's preschool specializes in helping autistic children and I am helping them raise money for their fundraiser. What perfect timing for this event considering April is Autism Awareness Month!! My sons school is amazing. I love taking him there because I know I am leaving him in good hands. It is obvious the entire staff cares about the children at the school.
I am asking for my twitter friends to please help me support an excellent cause. All of the proceeds go into funding for the school. Data shows one in 110 have an autism spectrum disorder.
Please follow my link to learn more about how you can help and thank you!!! :)Please help me support them and follow this link.
How do you keep track of your hours?
I visit many blogs and forums every week. I often read of how people keep track of their hours. They know exactly how many hours they work a week and how much they make per hour. Keeping track of this information is very important because it helps a person understand how their time is being used and helps figure out ways that people can improve their productivity.
It is personally hard for me to keep track of my hours because I have four children and I work during different times of the day. Early morning, nap time, and evening are my prime working hours. These are times that I can write without having to get up constantly. It is difficult sometimes, but it works out for me and I get to spend quality time with my children. I would like to find a program that will benefit my work day.
